My take on an Italian Wedding Soup: made from beef & pork meatballs, a host of veggies, house made chicken broth with a touch of heavy cream; mine is made with potatoes as the starch instead of pasta.

Ingredients: house made chicken broth, ground beef, ground pork, egg, The Breads & The Bees sourdough bread crumbs, potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, kale, Parmesan, white wine, cream, better than bouillon chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs & spices
