This handcrafted gourmet jam is made with Texas homegrown celeste figs and local apricots!  It has a sweetness and a strong presence of both fruit flavors.  It’s the perfect accompaniment to any cheese board or makes a heavenly goat cheese pizza or spread it on a hot biscuit! Made with figs, apricots, lemon juice, cane sugar, honey, and salt.
